About Christine
From training future Olympians to directing change at a Fortune 500 Global enterprise
Christine is a multidisciplinary problem-solver, catalyst for change, coach, and advisor to executives and teams with over 15 years of hands-on business and leadership experience in large-scale transformation across a variety of industries: digital, telecommunications, chemicals, manufacturing, consumer goods, media, education, and Olympic sports. She has executed multiple career pivots and has a knack for capitalizing on transferable skills for her clients.
She was previously an alpine ski coach at some of the most prestigious junior training academies in the U.S. and held a communications role with the International Ski Federation (FIS), working on the World Cup Tour, World Championships, and Olympic Winter Games.
With a foundation in elite sport, she expanded into leading change management and transformation in global enterprise, where she coached and advised senior executives internally and at partner organizations (including Fortune 500 and Big Four firms) during her corporate tenure. She worked as Director of Internal Communications at a publicly traded technology company during its period of high-volume mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and Director of Change and Communication at an industry-leading player in the chemicals sector. In her independent practice, she guides C-Suite members, Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers, and high-potential Specialists from banking, multinational pharma, consumer goods, chemicals, manufacturing, agriculture, higher education, startups & scale-ups, and more, as a sounding board for intentional reflection and action on a 1-on-1 basis and within teams.
Having hosted and moderated internal communications events for over a decade, she now delivers corporate keynotes and workshops, bringing her insight and energy to help companies and organizations excel during times of change and transformation.
Christine holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Master of Arts in Writing from Dartmouth College, a Bachelor of Arts in History from Skidmore College, and a professional certificate in Leading for Growth from Harvard Business School. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team Level 300 Alpine Coach, and a Project Management Professional® (PMP). Her approach is influenced by training in Radical Collaboration® and The Human Element® methodologies.
