About Christine
From training future Olympians to directing change at a Fortune 500 Global enterprise
Christine is a multidisciplinary problem-solver, catalyst for change, coach, and advisor to executives and teams with over 15 years of hands-on business and leadership experience in large-scale transformation across a variety of industries: digital, telecommunications, chemicals, manufacturing, consumer goods, media, education, and Olympic sports. She has executed multiple career pivots and has a knack for helping her clients capitalize on their transferable skills.
She was previously an alpine ski coach at some of the most prestigious junior training academies in the U.S. and held a communications role with the International Ski Federation (FIS) for the World Cup Tour, World Championships, and Olympic Winter Games. At the 2026 Winter Olympics, she was a deputy venue manager on the organizing committee in Cortina, Italy.
With a foundation in elite sport, she expanded into leading change management and transformation in global enterprise, where she coached and advised senior executives internally and at partner organizations (including Fortune 500 and Big Four firms) during her corporate tenure. Working as Director of Internal Communications at a publicly traded technology company during its period of high-volume mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and as Director of Change and Communication at an industry-leading player in the chemicals sector gave her a wide exposure to the opportunities and challenges managers face on a daily basis.
In her coaching practice, she guides C-Suite members, Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers, and high-potential Specialists from hospitality, banking, multinational pharma, consumer goods, chemicals, manufacturing, energy, agriculture, higher education, and more, as a sounding board for intentional reflection and action on a 1-on-1 basis, in teams, and with larger groups.
Having hosted and moderated internal communications events for over a decade, she also delivers corporate keynotes and facilitates workshops, bringing her insight and energy to help companies and organizations excel through transformation.
Christine holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Arts in Writing from Dartmouth College, complemented by executive education in Leading for Growth from Harvard Business School. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Hogan Assessments certified in the HPI, HDS, and MVPI psychometric instruments, a Project Management Professional® (PMP), and a U.S. Ski & Snowboard Level 300 Alpine Coach. Her coaching approach integrates evidence-based leadership practices with insights from Radical Collaboration® and The Human Element® methodologies to help leaders navigate complexity, build alignment, and drive meaningful change.
