1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and coaching services offered by Christine Julia Feehan (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide executive coaching and consulting services, delivered virtually unless agreed otherwise. Services are tailored to individual clients or organizations.

3. Booking and Payment

Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online scheduler or by direct arrangement.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Virtual session cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund; in-person sessions may incur travel expenses and partial payment in accordance with the agreed contract.
No-shows or late cancellations are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Participate actively and professionally
Show up on time and be prepared
Respect boundaries and confidentiality during sessions
Not record sessions without prior consent

5. Confidentiality

All client information shared during sessions is maintained with the strictest level of confidentiality unless required by law to disclose it. This is in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, and individual coaching and consulting contracts.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials shared or created by Christine Julia Feehan remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Coaching and consulting is not therapy or a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.
Results are not guaranteed and depend on client engagement and external factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Data Protection

We process your personal data in line with the GDPR. For details, see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oslo, Norway. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oslo.
