Executive Coaching for Leaders and Teams
Executive coaching is a professional development process where a trained coach works with a leader – often a senior executive or high-potential employee – to help them enhance their leadership skills, performance, self-awareness, and effectiveness at work. It can also be applied to teams for the same reason. This process is often used for goal setting, confidential conversations, feedback and reflection, and action planning, among other outcomes.
Frameworks, Tools, or Methodologies Used
This service utilizes the client-centered, evidence-based framework that follows an ethical approach as championed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). It is non-directive, which means the coach does not give advice or solutions but facilitates learning and growth through powerful questions, deep listening, and presence. Christine’s approach is also influenced by her training in Radical Collaboration® and The Human Element® methodologies.
Christine couples this with her extensive knowledge of behavioral change, long tenure working side-by-side with executives, and a master of science in Organizational Leadership to create individual plans tailored to the client’s immediate and long-term needs.
Who is this for?
Executives, managers, team leads, and high-potential specialists often turn to external coaching for support. Individuals facing barriers to advancement, obstacles within their teams, a desire to improve as a leader, curiosity about hidden gaps, an interest in developing executive presence, or the responsibility to lead change have all reported significant benefit from Christine's coaching.
