Executive Coaching for Leaders and Teams
1-on-1 or small group format, online or in person (by arrangement)
Service Description
Executive coaching is a professional development process where a trained coach works with a leader – often a senior executive or high-potential employee – to help them enhance their leadership skills, performance, self-awareness, and effectiveness at work. It can also be applied to teams for the same reason. This process is often used for goal setting, confidential conversations, feedback and reflection, and action planning, among other outcomes. This is offered as a 1-on-1 or small group coaching session, either online or in person. Executives, managers, team leads, and specialists transitioning to personnel responsibilities will benefit from this offering. Each client’s desired outcomes and results of coaching are individual and will be discussed in the first full session to establish mutual understanding and professional contracting. Frameworks, Tools, or Methodologies: This service utilizes the client-centered, evidence-based framework that follows an ethical approach as championed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). It is non-directive, which means the coach does not give advice or solutions but facilitates learning and growth through powerful questions, deep listening, and presence. Christine’s approach is also influenced by her training in Radical Collaboration® and The Human Element® methodologies. Christine couples this with her extensive knowledge of behavioral change, long tenure working side-by-side with executives, and a master of science in Organizational Leadership to create individual plans tailored to the client’s immediate and long-term needs. Cost: 1-on-1 online sessions start at 3200 NOK / $310 USD per hour, paid individually upon booking or by agreed invoice to your company (using booking code). Multi-month packages are available by request.
